Terms of use and Registration
Condimento web site may be used by a commercial or a private party, free of charge, in accordance with the following terms of use¬
- user must be at least 18 years of age
- user guarantees the integrity of all information entered during the registration. Should some of the information entered during the registration at a later time change, the user agrees to immediately contact the Condimento center (via phone or e mail) to enable the update of our data base
- during registration the user agrees to create a password to be used by that user only. User is personally responsible for orders and transactions posted under that password.
- if the user knows or suspects that the password leaked out to the third party, it is the users responsibility to immediately contact our center via telephone (033 211 243) or via e mail.
Terms of ordering
- P.J. Condimento agrees to deliver all products available at the time of ordering
- should P.J. Condimento be unable to deliver any of the ordered products, the buyer will be contacted via telephone or e mail. The buyer is than given a chance to substitute the unavailable product for another product or to cancel the order of that particular product. Rest of the merchandise will be delivered as ordered
- Minimum order is 35.00 KM . All prices are KM including VAT.
Terms of Delivery
- deliveries are conducted via P.J. Condimento vehicles on a daily basis
- the buyer reserves the right to chose the address of delivery based on personal needs. Merchandise is shipped in a manner that guarantees safe delivery
- buyer agrees to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery in front of the delivery agent and check for possible damage. Should the goods be damaged or appear damaged the buyer is instructed not to accept the merchandise and immediately return the product.
Terms of payment
- buyer agrees to pay P.J. Condimento in cash
- buyer agrees to accept the delivery charges as dictated by the marketing norm
Terms of reclamation
- should the need for reclamation occur, the buyer must provide a reasonable explanation for why the product/s is/are being returned and forward it to P.J. Condimento either via telephone, e mail, mail, or through the delivery agent immediately upon delivery.
Return/refund is possible only if the merchandise is physically damaged or damaged in any other way. In case that damaged merchandise cannot be replaced, P.J. Condimento agrees to refund the amount paid for that particular article/s.
Privacy agreement
- P.J. Condimento agrees to protect the privacy and personal information of all users
- P.J. Condimento asks for and collects only the information vital to conducting and concluding orders and transactions, and for informing the user of possible changes in terms of additional options and/or terms of use
- user reserves the right to delegate the terms of use of private information. Hence, user decides whether or not to be on the list used for marketing purposes.
- all information is protected and available only to the staff whose access to them is essential for providing services and conducting the required tasks
Other terms of use
- P.J. Condimento is not immune to making a mistake and thus does not guarantee precision each and every time
- should a mistake occur, user is to contact the center immediately via phone or e mail so that we can remedy the situation effectively and in a timely manner
- acces to P.J. Condimento web site may sometimes be impossible, but only due to administrative corrections and/or updates, or the possible unavailability due to technical difficulties experienced by the internet provider.
